Hamachi VPN from Logmein

Hamachi is a zero-configuration VPN solution available via Logmein. It allows you to connect computers across multiple physical networks via virtual network adapters and access them as if they were on the same network.

This is a pretty cool tool. I've installed it on several separate networks and am able to browse seamlessly across them enabling me to Remote control machines or connect to remote SQL servers without firewalls getting in the way.

It's secure, easy to install and get running (no reboot required) and just works!
